Freddy Peña is a shareholder at SIE and President of SILVER, a well-established consulting firm providing investment, strategy, and financial advisory services in the Dominican Republic, Freddy brings a strong foundation in engineering and finance, complemented by a Private Equity Certificate from Wharton and Wall Street Prep. He began his career as a field engineer on the construction of the Citibank Tower in Santo Domingo, followed by four years at Ingeniería Estrella S.A., a leading local construction firm.

He earned his MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York and currently serves as a financial advisor on large-scale projects and corporate transactions in the Dominican Republic, leading financing negotiations with local and international institutions, supporting mergers and acquisitions, and developing feasibility studies, business plans, and company valuations.
